ATS PowderBASF ATS powder is a patented high capacity ceramic cationic ion-exchanger with a high specificity for lead removal, even in the presence of competing ions like Calcium and Magnesium, as well as other metals from water ATS powder will not leach organic or inorganic residues such as Aluminum like some other technologies. Further, the captured Lead will not be displaced by hardness ions, commonly found in ground water, from the ATS-impregnated ceramic matrix. BASF ATS powder complies with applicable US FDA Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Acts and Food Additive Regulations and is ANSI/NSF Standard 61 certified for drinking water systems — health effects.
